We have experience of delivering bespoke projects for Housing Associations to address the housing needs in the areas we operate. We are passionate about providing housing solutions to communities that require them and delivering properties that meet the needs of the Housing Associations and the end user in a commercially viable manner. We welcome the opportunity to discuss potential work with new Housing Associations and Private Rental Scheme providers.

We also have experience of working with Private Investors to deliver purely residential and residential/commercial mixed schemes, in line with their investment strategies. We understand that each investment requires a different approach to ensure it meets the funder’s requirements and we can assist with providing full commercial appraisals of potential schemes, as well as managing the design and planning stages – ultimately providing a full build package. Beyond this, we also have the in-house capabilities to provide future property management services ensuring a true hands-off experience for the investor.
