Wrexham
We were appointed to undertake a full refurb of private apartments housed within a wing of a Georgian farm house. The scope of works was a full back to brick refurb including replacement of all hardwood windows, new bathrooms with Mandarin Stone tiles, fitted Kitchens with Quartz worktops, Harwoods herringbone flooring, crittal style doors and underfloor heating throughout. We're currently on site entering the finishing stages of the project looking for a successful project handover in March '24. The Built by MODE team worked tirelessly with the client to achieve the details and meet the high standards that the project deserved.
Rhos on Sea
This is a brilliant project to convert a former church in to a 13 bedroom luxury holiday let including a swimming pool, spa facilities, gym, 34 person dining area, bar, cinema room and more! Built by MODE were appointed due to their ability to deliver the high standards expected of a project of this nature and their ability to work with and manage the specialist trades to deliver what will be one of the most sought after holiday homes in North Wales. This project is currently on site and due for handover in Q3 '24.
Pwllheli
This project was delivered for a private client with the intention of converting a former B&B with a long and established history in to a luxury 5 bed holiday home with a cinema room and hot tub in the garden. The project was delivered during very challenging times but we managed to deliver it within time and budget for a very satisfied client and it has been operating as a successful holiday let since.
Conwy
We purchased this former church and are taking it through the planning process with the intention of refurbishing the existing building and constructing a large rear extension in order to provide an apartment complex delivered in Partnership with a local Housing Association. This is a great project as it allows us to use our Turnkey Project Management skills to provide housing solutions that are greatly needed in the local area. We were very passionate that the end scheme retains the character of the building which has stood in a prominent location for many years whilst providing modern housing for the new residents.
Caernarfon
This was a project we delivered under our Development business and it consisted of 4 new build bungalows. We purchased the land with planning permission but we revised the designs to make the properties more desirable and fitting for the area. The properties were designed for open market sale and we opted for more premium finishes as standard than you would expect from most developers, including quartz worktops and LVT Herringbone flooring. The properties were really well received and the project has proved to be a great success.
