New Builds

We have delivered new build schemes for ourselves and private clients on both brownfield and greenfield sites. We can deliver all stages of a development from connection of utilities and install of foundations, through to ensuring that our clients' desires are achieved in the final finishes of a scheme. We co-ordinate all of our trusted trades and consultants throughout the process ensuring they are working to the same end goals. We thrive on delivering bespoke individual properties and developments of up to 20 units, although we are always happy to discuss opportunities to deliver bigger schemes!

Refurbishment

Proven by our strong track record, we know exactly how to refurbish buildings sympathetically whilst taking into account the the intended function of the space.  Whilst delivering on high-spec fabrication, we can restore buildings and upgrade them to meet and exceed the standards of modern day living . We pride ourselves on being able to harness the character of a building whilst integrating modern solutions to deliver schemes that our clients are proud to call home. 

Conversions

Many people are turning to converting commercial buildings and spaces into residential solutions. These projects tend to be trickier than conventional refurbishment due to the differences in Building Regulations between residential and commercial spaces and that the heating and electrical systems tend to be quite different. With our trusted network of subcontractors we are able to deliver conversion schemes that result in an uncompromised end product that is fit for the intended end use. 

Restoration

With a background and many years experience working on prestigious historical buildings such as castles, war memorials, churches and Grade II listed residential properties; we have a proven track record of ensuring that restorations are sympathetically completed.  Our aim is to preserve the rich history these buildings make up whilst ensuring they are fit to withstand many years more of use.
